Sravana Thatta

Sravana Thatta has extensive experience as a software engineer and developer, specializing in Java and AWS. Sravana began their career in 2005 as an Architect at Cognizant, where they worked until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at Barclaycard. Thatta then worked at esure as a Java Developer from 2018 until mid-2018. Sravana subsequently joined RBS as a Java AWS Developer from August 2018 to April 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Discover Financial Services in the same role. Currently, they are employed at Toyota Connected Europe as a Java AWS Developer.

Sravana Thatta completed a M.Sc in Computer Science from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, India, from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Sc in Computer Science from the same university, from 1999 to 2002. In addition to their degrees, Sravana Thatta has obtained several certifications in the field of technology. They are an Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 8 Programmer II, with certification obtained in January 2017. They are also certified by Amazon Web Services (AWS) as an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (obtained in April 2018), an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional (obtained in April 2020), an AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional (obtained in January 2023), an AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate (obtained in February 2020), and an Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect - Professional (obtained in April 2020). Additionally, they hold certifications as an AWS SysOps Administrator - Associate (obtained in February 2020) and as an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (obtained in April 2018).
