Mounir Driowya

Mounir Driowya serves as the Regional After Sales General Manager for Toyota Du Maroc and Toyota Algeria since March 2018, overseeing the after sales division which includes service retail operations, technical training, and customer service marketing. With a career at Toyota Du Maroc dating back to June 1997, Mounir has held multiple roles including After Sales General Manager, Customer Service Operations General Manager, and Deputy General Manager within the After Sales Division, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Prior experience includes a role as Service Operations Manager and foundational training positions that developed strong skills in after sales operations. Mounir holds an MBA from ENPC School of International Management and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from Ecole Mohamadia des Ingénieurs.
