Kris Pritchard

Kris Pritchard has a strong background in risk management and finance, with significant experience in the automotive industry. They are currently the Vice President and Chief Risk Officer at Toyota Financial Services Corporation since June 2022. Prior to this role, they held various positions at Toyota Financial Services, including General Manager for Residual Value, Dealer, Enterprise Risk, and Pricing in the Americas & Oceania Region. They also served as Group Manager for Residual Value Risk, Dealer Risk, and Operational Risk, as well as National Manager for Residual Value Risk.

Before joining Toyota, Kris worked at BMW Financial Services as a Retail and Commercial Finance Credit Risk Manager, where they were responsible for risk management in these business areas. They developed loss origination and behavioral scorecards, forecasting models, and credit policies for different portfolios.

Kris also held the role of Chief Risk Officer at BMW Bank GmbH, Sucursal en España. They were fully responsible for all risk management activities, and were an executive committee member at the same reporting level as the CEO, CFO, and COO.

Earlier in their career, Kris worked at BMW Group AG Financial Services in various risk management roles, where they led cross-functional task forces and developed a global residual value setting methodology.

Prior to their involvement in the automotive industry, Kris served as a Data Analysis Manager at NADA.

Kris Pritchard earned an MBA in Information Systems from Bentley University between 2000 and 2004. Prior to this, they received a BBA in Marketing Information Systems from James Madison University from 1993 to 1998.
