Carla Henson

Carla Henson has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as General Manager for the One Toyota Strategy & Corporate Operations at Toyota (GB) plc since November 2007. Significant contributions include leading HR business partnering efforts, enhancing employee experience, and supporting various leadership teams across the organization. Previous roles at Toyota involved project leadership for transformation initiatives, comprehensive HR support, and talent pipeline management. Carla's earlier experience at Mole Valley District Council included roles such as Compliance Officer and Corporate Communications Coordinator. Carla holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Kingston University and additional certifications in coaching and mentoring.
