Martin Fraiss

Martin Fraiss has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the insurance and financial industry. Martin started their career at Donau Versicherung AG, where they served as Assistant to the Board before becoming a Regional Sales Manager and eventually Head of Sales. In this role, they managed all sales distribution channels, implemented a growth strategy, and transformed the business unit into an independent entity. Martin also took on interim management of the administrative district of Lower Austria.

After their time at Donau Versicherung AG, Fraiss joined UNIQA Insurance Group AG, where they held the positions of Area Manager and later Head of Division Sales. In these roles, they oversaw exclusive sales channels, evolved the business model based on market trends, and focused on business development and profitability.

Fraiss then worked as a Start-up Advisor and Interim Manager for MaxFun Sports, Ünique Skis, and Mibag Sanierungs GmbH.

Most recently, they joined Toyota Insurance Services Europe as the Managing Director for Austria.

Martin Fraiss began their education journey at the Hernstein Institute in 2004, where they completed a Manager Curriculum program. Martin later attended WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) from 1995 to 1999, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and General Management. In 2009, Martin Fraiss pursued an Executive Programme in Market Driving Strategies at the London Business School. Martin returned to the London Business School in 2012 to complete the Senior Executive Programme (SEP) in Executive Management.
