Bastiaan van Balveren has a diverse and extensive work experience. Bastiaan started their career as an intern at PNO Consultants in 1999. From 2001 to 2012, they worked at Toyota Material Handling Nederland as a Project Manager, where they managed various projects and focused on process development, application development, and ERP system support. Bastiaan also played a crucial role in integrating Toyota TIEN with the BT Nederland organization. In 2005, Bastiaan joined Toyota Material Handling Europe as an International Project Manager until 2007. Bastiaan then returned to Toyota Material Handling Europe in 2007 and held several positions, including Data Lead Project Ignite, Adviser for the Ignite Project ERP transition, Service Delivery Manager for ERP Platforms and Integration, Standardization Coordinator, and M3 Maintenance Forum Coordinator. Bastiaan has extensive experience in project management, technical coordination, and budget responsibility.
Bastiaan van Balveren attended Almende College from 1989 to 1996, where they obtained a degree in HAVO & VWO. Bastiaan then went on to study at Saxion University of Applied Sciences from 1996 to 2001, focusing on Facility Management with an emphasis on Economics. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including ITIL, TPS, Time Management, Business Improvement, and Project Management PROPS, from various institutions such as Toyota Material Handling Europe and Ericsson.
