Íñigo Bandeira Eguiraun has a diverse work experience in various industries. Íñigo is currently working at Toyota Material Handling Europe as the Head of Systems Integration for Italy and Spain. In this role, they are responsible for creating sales, marketing, engineering, and services infrastructures to position TMHE as a key player in the turnkey industrial automation sector. Íñigo previously focused on developing the Italian market and is now focused on the Spanish market, while also providing support to the Norwegian and Austrian markets.

Prior to their current role, Íñigo worked as a Systems Engineer at TMHE, where they designed automated intralogistics solutions across Europe. Íñigo also managed project management and detailed engineering for the implementation of these solutions.

Before joining TMHE, Íñigo worked at Willis Towers Watson as an Account Executive for their Energy Team in Madrid. In this role, they managed large global energy and industrial portfolios and projects, including wind farms, solar energy projects, and other industrial projects. Their responsibilities included client account servicing, placing, broking, and advisory services focused on risks and insurances.

Íñigo also gained experience as a Graduate Assistant for the International Relationships Office at Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI-ICADE and as an Intern at the Automotive Technology Centre of Galicia (CTAG-IDIADA).

In addition to their professional experience, Íñigo has also worked as a social assistant with disabled people at a private organization and as a Summer Camp Counsellor at Colegio Nuestra Señora del Recuerdo. Íñigo has also taught drones and Arduino at the Technological Campus of the ICAI - Salvador Soler Foundation.

Outside of their professional career, Íñigo has occasional experience as a ski instructor at Villars Ski School LTD and Ecole de Ski Villars SA.

Íñigo Bandeira Eguiraun completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering at Universidad Pontificia Comillas in 2017. Íñigo then went on to pursue a Master of Engineering in the same field at the same university, which they completed in 2019. During their master's program, they participated in a student exchange program at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) in 2018-2019. In addition, they participated in a bachelor student exchange program at Concordia University in 2016-2017. Before attending university, Íñigo completed their secondary education at Colegio Nuestra Señora del Recuerdo.
