Tom Schalenbourg

Tom Schalenbourg is a seasoned professional in sustainable development with over a decade of experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Sustainable Development Director at Toyota Material Handling Europe since January 2012, Tom has previously held positions such as Sloan Fellow at London Business School and Sustainability Manager at Imperial Brands PLC. Additional experience includes roles as an Environmental Consultant at Tauw and Project Engineer at Johnson Controls. Tom's educational background includes a Masters in Bio-engineering from KU Leuven and a Sloan Fellowship in Leadership and Strategy from London Business School, alongside international exchanges at Stellenbosch University and Université catholique de Louvain.
