Juan Carlos de la Torre Muñoz is an accomplished electrical design engineer with extensive experience in the field of vehicle electrification and systems design. Currently serving as a Senior Electrical Design Engineer NPD at Toyota Material Handling since June 2022, Juan Carlos focuses on the design of safe and regulatory compliant electrical systems for Lithium Battery Packs and Electric Forklifts. Previous roles include Electrical Design Engineer positions at Alten USA and John Deere, where responsibilities encompassed ownership of vehicle electrical systems and design of electrical schematics. Juan Carlos began the career as a Junior Automation Engineer at Plexus Corp., contributing to mechanical and electrical design for automation projects. A graduate of Universidad de Guadalajara, Juan Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
