Stephanie Elijah

Stephanie Elijah, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Senior HR Business Partner at Toyota Material Handling, a role commenced in July 2023. Prior to this, Stephanie worked at Faurecia from March 2019 to July 2023, holding positions as Human Resources Manager and Senior HR Business Partner for NAO Engineering, where all areas of the employee lifecycle for the Clean Mobility North America Engineering team were managed. Stephanie's extensive HR experience includes roles at enVista, where responsibilities included designing training programs and managing performance processes, and earlier positions at ITT Technical Institute, Family Horizons Credit Union, and the Community of Madrid Ministry of Education. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and International Studies from Indiana University and an MBA in Human Resources from Daniel Webster College.
