Ilham Dehmani

Ilham DEHMANI is currently serving as Chargée de Recrutement at Toyota Material Handling France since May 2023, bringing extensive recruitment experience from previous roles at Apave from December 2018 to March 2023 and Givaudan from September 2017 to September 2018 as an HR Apprentice. Ilham has a strong background in recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interview organization, and talent pool development, as well as administrative support related to recruitment. Earlier experience includes roles at Kelly Services France and TAPFIN-ManpowerGroup Solutions. Ilham holds a Master’s degree in HR, Relations Sociales, Négociations et Mondialisation and a Licence in HR and Personnel Administration from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC).
