Derek Randall has extensive experience in the automotive manufacturing industry, currently serving as Manager of Suspension Units at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada since October 2001. Derek has held various leadership roles, including Group Leader for the Lexus NX Project and Body QC Surface/Repair Group Leader, focusing on team member relations and process management. Additional responsibilities have included overseeing production and installation in the Shellbody/Install Body Group as well as leading initiatives in cost index management. Prior to joining Toyota, Derek served as an Infantry Soldier in the Canadian Armed Forces and worked as a heavy equipment operator for H. Kerr Construction Limited. Derek holds a degree in Management Development from Conestoga College.
