Krzysztof Rusin

Krzysztof Rusin has extensive experience in controlling and productivity management, currently serving as Controlling Assistant Manager at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Poland since July 2008. In this role, Krzysztof focuses on setting productivity KPI targets, conducting results monitoring and analysis, and collaborating with various departments for strategic initiatives. Prior to this, Krzysztof worked as a Controlling Specialist at Faurecia Walbrzych Sp. z o.o. from April 2004 to June 2008, where responsibilities included accounting and cost management tasks. Krzysztof holds a degree from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business.
