Glahan Deprasert

Glahan Deprasert has extensive experience in human resources and people management within the automotive industry, currently serving in a role focused on People and Culture Management at Toyota Motor Thailand, Co. Ltd. since January 2023. Prior to this position, Glahan worked at Toyota Daihatsu Engineering & Manufacturing from January 2020 to December 2022, managing HR functions across the Asia Pacific regional office, including recruitment of executive and talent staff. Earlier experience at Toyota Motor Thailand from September 2006 to December 2019 encompassed various HR management responsibilities in a car assembly manufacturing context, including employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Thammasat University and an Associate's degree in English from the University of Victoria.
