Mike Croce is an experienced automotive operations and sales leader with a career spanning over two decades in the industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Toyota of El Cajon since September 2022 and General Manager at Honda of El Cajon Superstore since July 2021, Mike has a proven track record of enhancing departmental productivity and profitability. Previous roles include General Manager at Pedersen Toyota-Volvo and Pedersen Toyota Scion, where significant productivity increases were achieved in the Finance & Insurance department.
