Erica Ortiz

Erica Ortiz currently serves as the Service Director at Toyota of Tampa Bay, a role held since December 2021. With extensive experience in the automotive industry, Erica has previously worked as a Service Manager at Elder Ford of Tampa and as a Service Lane Manager at Jim Browne Chevrolet. Erica's background also includes founding Horsepower & Heels™, a dedicated initiative to support women in motorsports, and acting as an Independent Media Marketing/PR Consultant, developing comprehensive marketing strategies for diverse clients. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in General Business Administration from Troy University, alongside studies at Seminole State College of Florida and Lake Howell High School.
