Michael Abruzzese has over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as a Mechanic at Toyota of Watertown since May 1998. Responsibilities include the preparation and repair of new and used vehicles, as well as managing, training, and supervising technicians and trainees. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Manager at New England Tire from November 2014 to June 2017, where exceptional customer service was provided throughout the vehicle repair process. Additionally, from September 2012 to November 2014, Michael worked in Customer Service and Quality Control at Paul's Autobody, ensuring all repairs met quality standards before customer delivery. Michael holds an Associate in Science degree in Automotive Technologies from Massachusetts Bay Community College, obtained between 1991 and 1993.
