Chris Fajardo

Chris Fajardo is a highly experienced software engineer with a strong background in developing software for various high-tech companies. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Toyota Research Institute since June 2021, Fajardo is involved in creating public-facing web applications that enable researchers to showcase their work. Prior to this, Fajardo held a senior engineering role at Facebook Reality Labs, focusing on core software frameworks for automated hardware testing in AR/VR manufacturing. Earlier experience includes significant contributions at Apple, where Fajardo automated wireless performance tests for numerous products and developed internal tools for data analysis. Additional roles include software engineering positions at Cisco and NEC Corporation, where Fajardo worked on network management and computer vision projects. Fajardo holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
