Eric Cousineau

Eric Cousineau is a highly experienced engineering professional specializing in robotics. Currently serving as a Senior Research Engineer at Toyota Research Institute since March 2017, Eric has progressed through various roles in the Robotics Division. Prior to this, Eric worked at The MathWorks as a Robotics Algorithm Developer and Application Support Engineer, focusing on the Robotics System Toolbox and advanced MATLAB implementations. Academic experience includes a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, where Eric contributed to the AMBER Lab under Dr. Aaron Ames and developed high-level control software for the PROXI robot platform. Eric's early career includes internships in software development at L-3 Communications and Telligent Systems.
