Lonney Naidoo

Lonney Naidoo has extensive experience in logistics and production management, currently serving as Senior Manager - Logistics at Toyota SA since March 2007, where responsibilities include designing and implementing logistics processes for the Corolla and New Hilux, as well as executing kaizens to enhance operational efficiency. Previously, as Senior Plant Manager for Hino and Quantum, Lonney Naidoo oversaw the volume production of Hino trucks and Quantum Taxis, ensuring daily targets were met. Earlier experience includes a role as Draughtsman at Defy Industry from July 1981 to October 1988, focusing on the design of various appliances. Lonney Naidoo holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of KZN, completed between 2001 and 2003, as well as a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from ML Sultan Technikon obtained in 1986.
