Zandile Zondo

Zandile Zondo is a seasoned professional in the field of Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE), currently serving as the Transformation Manager - Senior Specialist at Toyota South Africa Motors (Pty) Ltd since November 2015. In this role, Zandile leads the development and implementation of B-BBEE strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and presenting to various committees for approval. Previously, Zandile held the position of BEE Verifications Manager and Senior Analyst at Empowerdex KZN (Pty) Ltd, where responsibilities included signing off B-BBEE rating reports and assessing companies' compliance with B-BBEE standards. Zandile holds a BSocSc degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (Howard College) and has further qualifications including SMDP and MDP B-BBEE and a PGDip in Business Management.
