Michelle Deo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as the Human Resource Information System Manager at Toyota Tsusho America since December 2010. With a strong background in HRIS management, Michelle has successfully designed, configured, and implemented HRIS functionality for various company locations. Additionally, Michelle owns Real Neat, LLC, providing tailored organizing solutions and workshops targeting small businesses and families. Previous roles include web design, administrative support, and teaching, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in English and French from Lake Superior State University and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Oakland University.
