Hari also had a role as Senior Manager at the same company. Before that, they worked at Saudi Arabian Co-operative Insurance Company as Manager (Broker Relations), where they were responsible for various underwriting and claims support activities. Hari also handled the underwriting support for international brokers and reinsurance acceptance and placement. Hari started their career at The New India Assurance Company Limited as a Development Officer, where they gained experience in underwriting, claims, customer service, and training.
Hari Subramanian obtained a Fellowship in Insurance from the Insurance Institute of India in 2023. Hari completed their primary education at IDA Scudder School from 1979 to 1986. Hari also holds a Master's degree in Commerce (MCom) from Annamalai University and an MBA with a specialization in Insurance from Kaizen Business School of Management.
