Hari Subramanian

Hari Subramanian has an extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Hari currently holds the position of Senior Vice President at Toyota Tsusho Insurance Broker India Pvt Ltd, where they previously served as Vice President. Prior to that, they worked at Cholamandalam MS General Insurance Co. Ltd as General Manager, Deputy General Manager, and Assistant General Manager. Hari also had a role as Senior Manager at the same company. Before that, they worked at Saudi Arabian Co-operative Insurance Company as Manager (Broker Relations), where they were responsible for various underwriting and claims support activities. Hari also handled the underwriting support for international brokers and reinsurance acceptance and placement. Earlier in their career, they worked at Iffco-Tokyo General Insurance Company as an Assistant Manager, where they successfully insured and serviced various clients. Hari started their career at The New India Assurance Company Limited as a Development Officer, where they gained experience in underwriting, claims, customer service, and training.

Hari Subramanian obtained a Fellowship in Insurance from the Insurance Institute of India in 2023. Hari completed their primary education at IDA Scudder School from 1979 to 1986. Hari also holds a Master's degree in Commerce (MCom) from Annamalai University and an MBA with a specialization in Insurance from Kaizen Business School of Management.
