Kagan Varoglum

Kagan Varoglum is the current Associate Director at tp bennett. Kagan has over 10 years of experience in the design industry, with a focus on retail and interior design.

Kagan started their career as a lecturer at the European University of Lefke (EUL) in 2003. In 2009, they transitioned into the design industry as a designer for Logica:architettura. The following year, they moved to Marco Ferreri Design before joining IKEA as a retail designer in 2011.

In 2014, Kagan left IKEA to join IBI Group as an interior designer. They stayed with IBI Group until 2015 when they moved to Perkins&Will as an interior designer. Perkins&Will is where Kagan designed Citibank/ Citigold and Citigold Private Client Interiors. After leaving Perkins&Will in 2016, Kagan had design roles at Jestico + Whiles and Elemental Design before joining Unispace in October 2016 as a senior designer.

Kagan spent just over two years at Unispace before moving to their current role as Associate Director at tp bennett in April 2019.

Kagan Varoglum has a Master of Science in Product Service System Design from Politecnico di Milano and a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Architecture and Environmental Design from Hacettepe University.

Kagan Varoglum reports to Timothy Poellnitz, CEO. Kagan Varoglum works with Alan Bartlett - Project Director, Natalie Walker - Project Director, and Conor Freaney - Project Director.
