Sam Watkins

Sam joined the architecture division of tp bennett bringing a wide-ranging knowledge in the retail, leisure, residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors. His body of work began on Pure City, an 805-bedroom student residential scheme for City University that was completed in 2014, and he has since taken five projects through to construction including Mill Road, a student residential development in Cambridge; Smiths Square, a mixed-use commercial development in Hammersmith; Chineham Gate, an office refurbishment in Basingstoke and two new offices buildings in Cambridge.

With over fifteen years of experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM), Sam is a member of the practice’s BIM team, and developed a sustainability tool that is now used across tp bennett to inform and assess environmentally-responsible design.
