Amir Zaidi

Amir Zaidi serves as the Global Head of Compliance at TP ICAP. Previously, Amir held several leadership positions at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), including Director of the Division of Market Oversight and various roles such as Legal Counsel & Policy Advisor to Commissioner J. Christopher Giancarlo and Chief Counsel & Policy Advisor to Commissioner Scott D. O'Malia. Amir also worked as Special Counsel in the Division of Market Oversight at CFTC and gained experience in market regulation at FINRA. Early in Amir's career, a position as an Associate was held at Arnold & Porter LLP. Amir Zaidi obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
