Claire Harvey

Claire Harvey is an accomplished professional specializing in inclusion and engagement, currently serving as the Head of Inclusion and Engagement at TP ICAP since January 2023. Claire is the founder of Anatta LTD and Schools Inclusion Alliance, active since May 2019. As a dedicated sports leader, Claire has been a core team member of the GB Paralympic sitting volleyball team and captained the women's team during the 2012 Paralympics. Prior roles include Global Inclusion Lead at Vodafone, CEO of Diversity Role Models, and Head of Inclusive Leadership at KPMG UK, where Claire developed comprehensive strategies to enhance diversity and inclusion. Claire also held significant positions at the Youth Sport Trust, Financial Services Authority, and the Ministry of Justice UK, focused on corporate responsibility and youth offender policy. Educational qualifications include a BA in Applied Community Studies from Liverpool John Moores University and an MSc in Criminology and Management from the University of Cambridge.
