Clarice Tan, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and experienced leader in property and facilities management, currently serves as the Head of Property and Facilities for the APAC region at TP ICAP, where responsibilities include overseeing regional projects, managing budgets, and maintaining landlord relationships. With a strong background in business management and change management, Clarice previously held roles such as Regional Business Manager to the APAC CEO and Regional Head of Change Management. In addition to her corporate roles, Clarice is actively involved in the PMI Singapore Chapter as the Chair of the Women In Project Management Group and serves as Board Member and Assistant Treasurer, promoting gender diversity in the project management profession. Clarice's earlier career encompasses senior positions at PwC and KPMG, focusing on audit, quality assurance, and operational management. Clarice holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Queensland University of Technology.
