Dawn Tan

Dawn Tan is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in operations and trade management across multiple prestigious firms. Currently serving as the Global Head of Trade Management and Global Head of Operations Risk at TP ICAP since July 2021, Dawn also holds the role of APAC Head of Operations. Prior to TP ICAP, notable positions included APAC Head of Derivatives & Solutions Operations, APAC Head of Integrated Middle Office, and APAC Head of FX, Rates, Credit Middle Office at UBS from March 2014 to October 2021. Earlier career highlights include roles in Interest Rate Product Control at Barclays Investment Bank and Goldman Sachs, as well as an auditing position at MHA MacIntyre Hudson, a UK Chartered Accounting Firm.
