Gareth Rogers

Gareth Rogers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change management and transformation within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Global Head of Change Management at TP ICAP since March 2017, Gareth has previously held significant roles such as Global Head of IT Transformation and various leadership positions at ICAP from July 2011 to February 2017. Prior to that, Gareth played a key role in programme delivery for a Tier 1 UK Bank at EMC Consulting and managed teams as a Managing Consultant at Conchango Plc, where expertise in eCommerce and business consulting was applied. Early career experience includes consulting at HP Consulting focused on telecommunications. Gareth holds a BSc Hons in Business Information Systems from Sheffield Hallam University.
