Laura Hodson

Laura Howlett Hodson is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a background in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition (Global) at TP ICAP, Laura has previously held key roles such as EMEA Head of Recruitment and Resourcing Manager. Prior experience includes positions as Talent Partner and Junior Recruiter at ICAP, as well as a Graduate Recruitment Assistant at IBM. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources from the University of Plymouth, earned between 2006 and 2009.
