Vicky's background includes pivotal roles at various organizations, including Deputy Company Secretary at Direct Line Group and Group Company Secretary at Cabot Credit Management, where expertise in corporate governance during significant transactions, regulatory compliance, and managing high-level board activities was demonstrated. Vicky holds qualifications from esteemed institutions, including ICSA and degrees in law from City St George’s, University of London and London South Bank University.
