Giercarz Paulina is an experienced professional in tax management and compliance, currently serving as the Indirect Tax Process & Improvement Manager a.i. at TP Vision since May 2023. Previous roles include Global E2E implementation of SAP S4 HANA and Vertex at Philips Domestic Appliances, as well as interim VAT management and consultancy positions with ROLAND DG EUROPE HOLDINGS B.V. and The Resource. Additional experience encompasses VAT compliance analysis at Pincvision and VAT controlling at Philips Lighting. Giercarz holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Lodz, obtained between 2007 and 2010.
