Lenka Prochazkova

Lenka Prochazkova is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in talent management, recruitment, and HR consultancy. Currently serving as HR Talent Manager Europe at TP Vision since 2014, Lenka has also held the roles of HR Business Partner and HR Specialist, overseeing recruitment processes, employment administration, and compensation and benefits management. Previous experience includes positions at CONECTIO, Microsoft Czech Republic as a Recruitment Coordinator, and a trainee role at Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty. Lenka holds a Master's degree from Prague College of Psychosocial Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Management of Human Resources from the University of Economics & Management in Prague.
