Joanne Ralfe

Joanne Ralfe is an experienced operations professional currently serving as the Implementation & Operations Director at The&Partnership since September 2023. Prior to this role, Joanne held various positions including Chief Operating Officer at Manifesto (now TPXimpact) from September 2021 to June 2023, and Head of Operations at Tribal Worldwide London from September 2018 to September 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing all operational aspects and managing talent, project management, and content teams. Joanne began the career with production coordination roles at Rapid Blue and Seesaw Media and has a BSocSci degree in Drama and Performance Studies and Media and Communication Studies from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
