Emma Schrager

Emma Schrager is a highly experienced professional in program operations and implementation, currently serving as the Director of Implementation & Program Operations at Catchafire since July 2019. With a progressive career at Catchafire, Emma has also held roles as Senior Manager, Manager, and Program Coordinator, contributing to the organization’s mission of enhancing nonprofit ecosystems through innovative volunteer solutions. Prior to Catchafire, Emma worked as a Program Associate for the After School Professional Development Program at the NYC Department of Education from September 2016 to June 2019. Emma's background includes community engagement roles at The Swearer Center at Brown University and various internships, including business development at Kinvolved and community programs at the Knight Foundation. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brown University, complemented by studies at the Consortium for Advanced Studies in Barcelona.
