Kutluhan Olcay

Kutluhan Olcay has been serving as the Deputy Managing Director at Türkiye Petrolleri A.O. since July 1999, where responsibilities include mentorship, training program leadership, quality management, corporate communications, enterprise risk management, and strategic analysis within various capacities. Concurrently, Kutluhan holds positions such as Vice Chairman at TED University and Member of the Board of Trustees at TED İstanbul Koleji. Involvement in professional organizations includes active participation in the Ankara Kolejliler Toastmasters Club and KİYED Türkiye, along with a notable role as Chairman of the 22nd World Petroleum Congress Organizing Committee. Kutluhan's educational background includes a BA in International Relations from Bilkent University and ongoing pursuit of a Master’s degree in International Relations and Affairs at Hacettepe University.
