Dung Nguyễn is an experienced operations professional with a robust background in telesales and project management. Currently serving as Manager Operations Telesales at TPBank since September 2020, Dung Nguyễn is responsible for developing KPI projections, enhancing sales performance, and providing training for sales teams. Prior experience includes managing operations as an Operations Project Manager at transcosmos Vietnam Co., Ltd from January 2019 to September 2020, where oversight of a team ensured project targets were met.
