Phung Minh Dat possesses extensive experience in risk management and finance, currently serving as Head of Risk (FICO) at TPBank since September 2018. Prior roles include Senior Risk Manager at Mirae Asset Finance Company Limited (Vietnam) from November 2016 to August 2018, and Antifraud Manager at Finstar Financial Group from September 2015 to November 2016. Phung Minh Dat has also held various positions at Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank, including Risk Analysis and Policy Manager, and has a significant tenure at SG VietFinance in roles related to credit underwriting and risk operations. Educational qualifications include an Executive Master's degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland, a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking from Open University of HCM City, and a Bachelor's degree in English Linguistics and Literature from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities of HCM.
