Shuzo Shikata

Shuzo Shikata currently serves as Chairman of SBI LY HOUR Bank Plc., overseeing the acquisition of a local microfinance institution and its transition to full banking status since March 2020. Additionally, Shuzo holds the position of Executive Director at LY HOUR SBI INSURANCE since May 2024 and has been an Executive Officer at SBI Holdings, Inc. since April 2015. As Vice Chairman at TPBank and former Director at SBI Royal Securities Plc, Shuzo has extensive experience in the financial sector, having transitioned from CEO to Director in June 2021. Prior roles include Non-Executive Board Member at FPT Securities JSC and Manager at MUFG. Shuzo earned a degree in Economics from Ritsumeikan University between 1999 and 2003.
