Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at TPC since April 2018, Florence also operates as Principal at Ricks & Associates, offering strategic HR services to small and mid-sized companies. Previous roles include VP of Human Resources at the Healthcare Coalition of Texas, SVP of Human Resources at VHA, Inc., and leadership positions at Comfort Keepers and Pizza Hut under Yum! Brands. Florence's extensive expertise encompasses organizational development, talent optimization, and strategic recruiting. Florence holds a Master of Science in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Northern Illinois University.
