Additionally, Mark holds the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at the Healthcare Coalition of Texas, driving the financial vision to support organizational strategy and operations. As President of Southwest Insurance Services, Inc., a subsidiary of The TPC, LLC, Mark leads operations focused on group insurance benefits. Previous experience includes roles as Vice President at VHA Texas, Senior Director of Business Operations at VHA, and Financial Planner at Financial Advisory Service. Mark earned an MBA in Healthcare from Binghamton University School of Management and a BS in Health Service Administration & Business from Ithaca College.
