Denise Guess, MA, CBP, is a seasoned professional in total rewards and benefits management, currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at TPC Group since September 2016. With a robust background in benefits management, Denise held the position of Benefits Manager at Axip Energy Services, LP from April 2013 to January 2016, and previously served as Benefits Specialist at W&T Offshore and Benefits Administrator at Seahawk Drilling, Inc. Denise's experience also includes leadership roles as Lead Benefits Analyst at Stone Partners and Project Manager at Hewitt. Denise began a career in the insurance industry with Allstate and Aetna, focusing on claims adjusting and plan coordination. Denise holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Houston.
