John Phillips

John Phillips has over 43 years of experience in the petrochemical industry, currently in retirement after serving as a Project Manager for TPC Group, where notable achievements include leading the successful refurbishing of the Dehydro 2 process unit. Previous roles include Project Manager at Kinder Morgan, overseeing vapor control system installations, and Project Manager at Ineos, focusing on relief device compliance and flare system documentation. Additional experience encompasses engineering management positions at Solvay and BP Solvay Polyethylene, complemented by an MBA from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona. Phillips is open to part-time consulting opportunities following the transition to retirement.
