Sam Givens

Sam Givens is an accomplished treasury professional with extensive experience in financial management and analysis across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Treasury Manager at TPC Group since April 2023, Sam previously held the position of Senior Treasury Analyst at VMware, where responsibilities included executing FX programs and managing a $13 billion debt portfolio. Prior to VMware, Sam worked as a Senior Treasury Analyst at Motiva Enterprises LLC, contributing to significant projects such as the transition of a $2 billion petrochemical acquisition and the development of automation scripts that saved over 500 working hours annually. Sam began the career at Shell as a Supply Finance Analyst, gaining valuable insights into finance operations within a joint venture environment. Sam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
