Patricia Afanador

Patricia Afanador, MCC, is an accomplished executive coach and mentor with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational transformation. Currently serving at TPC Leadership since June 2010, Patricia provides coaching support to executives from United Nations-affiliated entities and has worked with high-level directors across Colombia, Argentina, and Chile at Boston Scientific. As a mentor with the International Coaching Federation, Patricia assists coaches in achieving ACC, PCC, and MCC credentials. With a diverse background in various industries, including automotive, pharmaceutical, and finance, Patricia also facilitates workshops to enhance managerial skills and offers individual support for those facing physical or emotional health challenges through Liderarte LTDA. Patricia holds a degree in Psychology with a focus on Organizational Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and has additional training in executive coaching and spiritual healing.
