Carmen Epstein

Carmen Epstein, IIDA, currently serves as the Creative Director at TPG Architecture since March 2020, bringing extensive experience from notable firms including Mancini Duffy and Kahn Architecture, where Carmen held senior design roles. Prior to their current position, Carmen was a Senior Associate Design Director at Gensler, leading design for over 1.5 million square feet of workplace environments across various sectors in Washington, DC. Carmen was instrumental in developing the GSA Office of the Chief Architect’s Design Excellence Program and held the position of Director of Interior Design at Hillier Architecture. With a design leadership track record including significant projects for the Dechert law firm and Gannett/USA Today Headquarters, Carmen’s educational background encompasses a Master of Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University.
