Jay Oliva

Jay Oliva is currently the Regional Director of Sales And Marketing at TPG Hotels and Resorts, bringing with him over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry. Previously, Jay has held various sales and marketing roles at First Hospitality and Aimbridge Hospitality, as well as at Hyatt Deerfield, Hyatt Rosemont, aloft Milwaukee, and Hyatt Lisle. With a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Grand Valley State University, Jay has a strong background in negotiating corporate transient rates and group sales for various markets. Prior to their current role, Jay also has experience as a Store Manager at Wireless Evolution and T-Mobile, as well as in guest service and front office management roles at Club Quarters Central Loop and Chicago Hilton O'Hare.
