Debbie Messemer

Debbie Messemer is an accomplished board member with extensive experience in audit and governance. Currently serving as a board member for TPG, PayPal, and Allogene Therapeutics, Debbie holds chair positions on the audit committees of TPG and Allogene Therapeutics. Additionally, Debbie was a board member at Carbon until December 2023. Prior to her board roles, Debbie spent 36 years at KPMG, where Debbie held the position of Managing Partner for the Bay Area and Northwest Region, specializing in audit services for public and private clients. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington.
