Jia Kathy

Jia Kathy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global strategy, sourcing, and procurement. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at TPG Capital since March 2016, Jia previously held the position of Director, Global Strategy Sourcing at Algeco Scotsman Group from December 2009 to February 2016, where a rep-office was merged into a wholly foreign-owned enterprise. Prior experience includes serving as Sourcing Director, Asia at 开利公司 from June 2006 to November 2009, achieving consistent year-over-year savings through effective negotiation and supply chain management. Earlier roles include Overseas Marketing & Sales Director and Procurement Manager at 美的集团, contributing significantly to sales revenue growth and cost savings across multiple factories.
